Things you should know
Cancellation Policy
We value your time, our time & the service that we provide.
We understand that things can happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, however, if this happens we ask you to provide as much notice as possible with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
If you cannot attend your appointment, we welcome you to send someone else along instead rather than incur a cancellation fee.
For cancellations, or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice clients will be charged 100% of the value of the treatment. For bookings with vouchers, please note cancellation fees will be deducted from the value of the voucher as per the above description where applicable.
Please be aware that packages and vouchers are not refundable.
Health Funds
Health Funds accepted are:
AHM, ARHG, BUPA, CBHS, Doctor’s Health Fund, HCF and Medibank, NIB.
Special health considerations
If you are under the supervision of a doctor or are using any medication, please obtain permission from your doctor before scheduling/receiving any services/treatments for any medical conditions, sensitivities, allergies or physical limitations you have before the commencement of your treatment services.
Your appointment
To ensure you and all our clients receive the best possible service, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. As your treatment time has been especially reserved for you late arrival may mean your treatment could be cut short. We will, however, require that you pay in full. Packaged treatment services cannot be broken up and must be taken in one session.
Skin treatment suitability
A thorough consultation will always be performed before your treatment to ensure your treatment is appropriate to your skin needs. Your therapist may recommend another treatment to the one you have booked on the day depending on your skin concerns and overall skin health. Avoid oral/topical prescription retinoid/steroid/antibiotic medication for 4 weeks before any skin treatment. Please note we cannot treat you if you have an active cold sore or if you have had any Dermal Filler/Anti-wrinkle injections within the last 2 weeks.
