Our Concept

Pour Moi in French means “About Me”. It speaks for itself!

Because I know that everyone faces challenges in their daily life, I have created a positive space where we listen to your needs and what your body says. My goal and concept is to lift you up and that after every visit at Pour Moi, you feel a lot better than when you came in.

I am a qualified Remedial Massage therapist who is passionate about helping others and will listen to your concerns and recommend the appropriate treatment for you.

To cover all aspects of well-being, I specialise in 3 areas and offer focused treatments that target body and mind, in and out:

The place

Located 439 Oxford St in Paddington, the Pour Moi experience is designed to have a calming effect from the moment you walk in and welcome you in an oasis where the focus is brought on yourself.

Inspired by my travel around the world and experience in the best Spas, I created a space where the considered interior design, the glimmering candlelights, the soothing music, and warm fluffy towels will make you feel comfortable during your treatments.

Every decision has been considered with you in mind. This is why my clients and their friends keep coming back time and time again.

Qualifications

With 19 years of experience in the well-being industry, Cecile is a qualified and licensed Remedial Massage therapist.
Passionate about helping others she always train to improve her skills. She has completed:

Diploma in beauty at the Beauty Institute of Elysee Marbeuf in Paris. (2002)
Certificate of Shiatsu (2008)
Certificate of Lymphatic Drainage (2008)
Certificate in Skin needling (2018)
Diploma of Remedial Massage (2020)

I am also a member of Australian Association of Massage therapist.

At Pour Moi, we are able to help with a wide range of injuries and while ultimately it will help, we understand that Remedial Massage can be painful. For this reason, we can finish with a touch of Spa massage to make you feel better.

Her room, above a lovely terrace home, is so beautifully decorated and feels very exclusive, like an oasis in the middle of the city. Things you should know

Cancellation Policy

We value your time, our time & the service that we provide.

We understand that things can happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, however, if this happens we ask you to provide as much notice as possible with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.

If you cannot attend your appointment, we welcome you to send someone else along instead rather than incur a cancellation fee.

For cancellations, or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice clients will be charged 100% of the value of the treatment. For bookings with vouchers, please note cancellation fees will be deducted from the value of the voucher as per the above description where applicable.

Please be aware that packages and vouchers are not refundable.

Health Funds

Health Funds accepted are:

AHM, ARHG, BUPA, CBHS, Doctor’s Health Fund, HCF and Medibank, NIB.

Special health considerations

If you are under the supervision of a doctor or are using any medication, please obtain permission from your doctor before scheduling/receiving any services/treatments for any medical conditions, sensitivities, allergies or physical limitations you have before the commencement of your treatment services.

Your appointment

To ensure you and all our clients receive the best possible service, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. As your treatment time has been especially reserved for you late arrival may mean your treatment could be cut short. We will, however, require that you pay in full. Packaged treatment services cannot be broken up and must be taken in one session.

Skin treatment suitability

A thorough consultation will always be performed before your treatment to ensure your treatment is appropriate to your skin needs. Your therapist may recommend another treatment to the one you have booked on the day depending on your skin concerns and overall skin health. Avoid oral/topical prescription retinoid/steroid/antibiotic medication for 4 weeks before any skin treatment. Please note we cannot treat you if you have an active cold sore or if you have had any Dermal Filler/Anti-wrinkle injections within the last 2 weeks.
